Описание
With the HELIX IK S subwoofers, the implementation of particularly flat and compact housing constructions is no longer a problem. The extremely low installation depth opens up new installation options that do not require any acoustic compromises. But above all thanks to the use of large voice coils and the low resonance frequency, the HELIX IK S series delivers an absolutely confident base performance, which is in no way inferior to larger-sized woofers.
The enormously torsion-resistant sandwich paper membrane in connection with our heavy-duty drive system converts amplifier power without compression effects into powerful sound pressure in no time at all, but also proves sensitivity with subtle beats.
Special highlight: The magnetic system has a threaded hole on the back and thus enables the woofer to be screwed to the rear wall of the housing. Since every millimeter of construction depth counts in flat constructions, housing vibrations are effectively reduced even with small walls.
Due to the design as 1 x 2 ohms ( SVC2 ) or 2 x 2 ohms ( DVC2 ) variant, the right deep bass specialist can be found for every amplifier configuration, to get the maximum performance.
In addition to the high-quality housing connection terminal with gold-plated screw connections, a solid protective grille and a cover ring are also included. For the optimal bass performance with DIY internals, our technical data sheet includes recommendations for closed and bass reflex housings with all parameters such as net volume, tunnel tuning frequency or DSP settings.
